Rebecca Karrh Isbell ? Memorial park, B, 106 (next to her parents

Memorial services for Rebecca Karrh Isbell, 61, former Plainview resident, were at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Park Lake Baptist Church in Sachse TX. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Plainview Memorial Park. Ms. Isbell died Sunday, October 31, 2004, at her residence. She was a 1962 graduate of Plainview High School and a 1969 graduate of Hardin Simmons University. She was a certified preschool and kindergarten teacher in Plainview, Fort Worth, Wylie, Omaha, Neb., and Sembach, Germany. She served as a school board representative for her teacher organization, UTA. She was an artistic, creative person whose passion was teaching young children. She was an active member of Park Lake Baptist Church in Sachse. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Barry Ryan; Jerry Isbell, the father of her daughter; a brother and sister-in-law, Dr. Larry and Pat Karrh; three grandsons and several nieces and nephews.
