Obituary
Garland Huguley, 59, of Olton, died Thursday, January 21, 2010 in Olton. Services will be 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 23, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Olton with Brother Patrick Hamilton officiating. Interment will follow at Halfway Cemetery under the direction of Ramage Funeral Directors.
Garland was born January 25, 1950 in Amherst to A.G. and Mildred Tubman Huguley. He was a lifetime Olton resident and graduated from Olton High School in 1968. He worked at Hall's Lumber for fourteen years and was a member of the First Baptist Church. His family meant everything to him. He loved family reunions and will be missed by all who knew him.
Garland is survived by his parents, A.G. and Mildred Huguley of Olton, his daughter, Mikki Huguley of Amarillo, a step-daughter, Marty Edens of Gatesville, two brothers, Daryl Huguley of Plainview, and John Huguley of Olton, two sisters, Kay Galloway of Lubbock, and Janet Pyle of Lockney. He was blessed with one grandson, Cooper Smith of Amarillo.
Memorials may be made to Hospice Hands of West Texas in Lockney.
