Services for Harley H. Howard, 88, Hale Center, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 26, 2014, at Abell Funeral Home, Hale Center. Cremation will follow under the direction of Abell Funeral Home & Flower Shop of Hale Center. Mr. Howard died at his home in Hale Center on Friday, Aug. 22, 2014.
