Obituary

Graveside services for Dale Hoover, 64, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Abernathy Cemetery with the Rev. Randy Land officiating.

Arrange-ments are under the direction of Abell Funeral Home of Abernathy.

He died Tuesday, April 10, 2001.

He was born Nov. 17, 1936, in El Paso and moved to Lubbock in 1974. He had been in sales for American Therapy of Lubbock.

Survivors include six sons, Douglas of Thousand Oaks, Calif., Alan of Quartz Hill, Calif., and Bradley, Keenan, Jeffery and Scott, all of Lubbock; a daughter, Susan Teal of Dallas; two brothers, Bill Hoover of El Paso and Fred New of Tulsa, Okla.; two sisters, Mary Morgan of El Paso and Laura Bossell of Bisbee, Ariz.; and six grandchildren.
