Hinojosa, Reyes Perez, Mrs. (Susana Morales)

Funeral Mass for Susana M. Hinjosa, 85, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. Gerard Kenney, pastor of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Wood-Dunning Funeral home.

Rosary will be recited at 7 p.m. today in Wood-Dunning Colonial Chapel.

Mrs. Hinojosa died at 12:50 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 31, 2001, in IHS Heritage Home of Plainview.

She was born Aug. 11, 1915, in Falfurrias where she grew up and attended schools. She moved to the Providence area northeast of Plainview in 1964. She was an RSVP volunteer, a member of Guadalupanas organizations and Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.

On Sept. 4, 1942, she married Reyes Perez Hinojosa in Premont. He died March 26, 1993.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Alda Emma and Larry Lombard of Oklahoma City, Okla.: three sons and daughters-in-law, Alejandro and Chuanpit Hinojosa and Noe and Rosie Hinojosa, all of Plainview, and Daniel and Diane Hinojosa of Petersburg; a sister, Maria M. Aguilar of Mission; two brothers, Manuel Morales of Falfurrias and Isabel Morales of Premont; nine grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
