Funeral services for Leobardo Hernandez, 91, of Plainview will be held at 1 p.m. today, Oct. 25, 2013, at Bartley Memorial Chapel with Jose Enriquez officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. He died on Wednesday, Oct. 23, 2013, in Plainview. Mr. Hernandez was born on Oct. 2, 1922, in Mexico to Carmen and Rosa Hernandez. He married Engrasia Salazar on March 10, 1945, in Mexico. He is survived by his wife, Engrasia Hernandez of Plainview; three sons, Joel Hernandez, Lupe Hernandez and Andres Hernandez, all of Plainview; eight daughters, Taide Lomas of Fort Worth, Soledad Lozano of Los Angeles, Sylvia Triana of Plainview, Maria Angelica Saucedo of Plainview, Oralia Lozano of Chicago, Maria Ramirez of Plainview, Carmela Rocha of Friona and Lydia Saucedo of Mexico; 45 grandchildren and 55 great-grandchildren.
