Memorial services for Jesus "Jesse" Hernandez Jr., 41, will be at 7 p.m. Thursday at Bartley Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Steve Martinez officiating. Cremation arrangements are with Bartley Funeral Home of Plainview. Mr. Hernandez died Monday, Oct. 22, 2007, at University Medical Center in Lubbock. He was born March 3, 1966, in Plainview to Jesus and Gloria Hernandez. He lived in Plainview all of his life and was self-employed. Survivors include his parents of Plainview; one son, Christopher Hernandez of Lubbock; two daughters, Jessica Lee Hernandez of New Mexico and Maria Hernandez of Tulia; one sister, Debbie Hernandez of Amarillo; and one granddaughter.
