Obituary

Services for Alexander Henderson, 55, of Lubbock will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Mount Gilead Baptist Church with the Rev. J. Jerome Johnson officiating.

Burial will be in the Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Jamison's Funeral Home.

He died Sunday, Dec. 2, 2001.

He was born Nov. 1, 1946, in Lubbock. He married Jana Lou Blaylock on April 23, 1984, in Lubbock. He was a truck driver. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. He was a lifetime member of the Vietnam Veterans Organization.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Alexis of Lubbock; a son, Mack of Lubbock; and a grandchild.
