Harris, Elisabeth Anna

Graveside services for Elisabeth Anna Harris, 53, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Plainview Cemetery with the Rev. Gerald Boerger, pastor of St. Paul?s Lutheran Church, officiating.

Burial is by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.

Mrs. Harris died at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday, July 18, 2000, in San Antonio at her daughter?s residence.

She was born Elisabeth Anna Patterson on Nov. 1, 1946, in Weiden, Germany. She grew up in Germany where she received her education. She came to the United States in 1990 and worked at the deli/commissary at the U.S. Army Base at Fort Sill, Lawton, Okla.

She was president of Beta Sigma Phi in Lawton and a Lutheran.

Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Micky and Greg Dixon of San Antonio; a son and daughter-in-law, Jeff S. and Vicky Harris Jr., of Sonora; her mother Theresia Patterson of Plainview; a brother, Larry Patterson of Aurora, Colo.; three sisters, Gabriele Raulston of Plainview, and Angelia Vega and Dorothy Hunt, both of Odessa; and two grandchildren, Victoria Dixon of San Antonio and Melinda Harris of Sonora.
