Obituary

Ruth Harper, 82, of Plainview passed away on June 24, 2014. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 26, 2014, at Plainview Memorial Park with the Rev. Don Robertson officiating. Arrangements are by Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Ruth is survived by her daughter Derinda Sanders and husband Joe of Lubbock; son LaMont Harper and wife Vickie of Carrollton; two sisters; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. She was welcomed to heaven by her husband Lenard and son Brett Harper. The family suggests memorials to College Heights Baptist Church, 802 Quincy, Plainview, TX 79072.
