Funeral Mass for Maria Guerra, 77, will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Gerard Kenney, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Lemons Funeral Home.
Rosary will be recited at 7 tonight in Lemons Memorial Chapel.
Mrs. Guerra died at 4:07 p.m. Friday, Dec. 13, 2002, in Prairie House Living Center in Plainview.
She was born March 1, 1925, in Olestes, Okla., and grew up and attended schools in Spur. She married Ramiro Guerra on Jan. 21, 1943, in Spur and they moved to Plainview in 1945.
She worked for Arch Keys Floral as a designer for 35 years and then owned and operated Guerra?s Flowers for a number of years before retiring in 1980. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Guadalupanas and Cursillistas.
Survivors include her husband; five daughters, Irene Hipolito of Plainview, Rose Vigilante of Brewton, Ala., Erma Cardenas and Velia Luna, both of Amarillo, and Janie Davis of Mandeville, La.; two sons, Ramiro Guerra Jr. of New Orleans, La. and Fernando Hector Guerra of Lubbock; 15 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Two brothers and a sister are deceased.
