Guerra, Alvin

Funeral Mass for Alvin Guerra, 39, will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Our Lady Of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. John Ohlig, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be I Plainview Memorial Park by Lemons Funeral Home. Rosary will be recited today at 7 p.m. in Wood-Dunning Colonial Chapel.

Mr. Guerra died Saturday, May 5, 2001 in Covenant Hospital Plainview. He was born April 12, 1962, in Victoria. He worked for Plainview BiProducts and was a Catholic.

Survivors include his parents, Rosendo F. and Ambrosia Guerra of Plainview; four brothers, Vicent and Julian Guerra, both of Plainview, Henry Guerra of Hereford and Albert Guerra of Lubbock; and four sisters, Orlean Guerra of Boulder, Colo., Rosalinda Arroyos of Lubbock, Becky Anima of Hereford and Stella Guerra of Plainview. The body will be at WoodDunning Funeral Home until service time.

Pallbearers will be Vicent Guerra, Henry Guerra, Albert Guerra, Alfred Anima, Lupe Arroyos and Joe Soto.
