Obituary

Theresa Favila Gonzalez, 41, of Plainview passed away Friday, March 14, 2008, at University Medical Center in Lubbock. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 18, 2008, at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with the Rev. Steve Rogers of Trinity Fellowship Church officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park by Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mrs. Gonzalez was born Dec. 21, 1966, in Plainview to Bene and Lupe Beltran. She attended Plainview Public Schools. She attended Trinity Fellowship Church and worked for Ray Rosas Bail Bonds and Exit Bail Bonds. She married Eddie Gonzalez on Dec. 27, 2006, in Plainview. Theresa lived in Plainview all her life. She is survived by her husband, Eddie Gonzalez of Plainview; a daughter, Neveah Gonzalez of Denton; six godchildren; two brothers, Jerry Maldonado of Plainview and Peter Garcia of Plainview; four sisters, Angelica Wispert of Evans, Ga., Christy Maldonado of Temple, Norma Longbine of Lansing, Kan., and Priscilla Ramos of Lockney; and her parents, Bene and Lupe Beltran of Plainview. A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.
