Obituary

Our so much loved little angel Jaivyn Joriyah Gomez, 2, was reunited with the angels in heaven. Our little angel came to us on March 26, 2003, and returned to heaven to our Creator on Friday, Jan. 20, 2006, after a sudden illness. Jaivyn was the son of Josie Castillo and Jezbenob "Benob" Gomez. He is survived by two brothers, Jaison Benob Gomez and Jairo Malyk Gomez; his grandparents, Jesse and Stella Gomez of Plainview, Remedios Castillo of Kress and the late Fermin Castillo; uncles, Jason Gomez, Ricardo Gomez, Jesse Gomez Jr., all of Plainview, Fermin Castillo Jr. of Bledsoe and Oscar and Christy Molinar of Mansfield; his aunts, Valentina and Sherman Kelly of Florida, Deborah Castillo, Elida Castillo, Gloria and Jeremy Hooks, all of Plainview; and 26 cousins. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. Raymundo Manriques, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Lemons Funeral Home. Rosary will be at 6 p.m. today in Lemons Funeral Home Chapel. Pallbearers will be Rico Gomez, Ricardo Gomez Jr., Oscar David Molinar Jr. and Adrian Lee Molinar. Our Jaivyn Joriyah will be dearly missed by all of us, but now our baby is the newest angel in heaven.
