Geyer, Kai
Funeral services for Kai Geyer, 15, of Amarillo, former Plainview resident, will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Lemons Memorial Chapel with Dr. Travis Hart, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating.
Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Lemons Funeral Home.
Mr. Geyer died Wednesday, Jan. 21, 1998, in Amarillo.
He was born Feb. 19, 1982, in Hale Center. He attended schools in Plainview, Kress and Bushland and also had attended Redbud Academy in Amarillo. He attended First Baptist Church in Plainview and First United Methodist Church in Kress.
Survivors include his mother, Melody Shadix of Amarillo; a sister, Brandye Geyer of Spring; two brothers, Koda Shadix of Plainview and Breck Geyer of Spring; his grandparents, Wanda Geyer of Houston, Jack and Terri Geyer of Cleveland, Tenn., and April Oldfield of Plainview; and a great-grandmother, Moree Barnes of Tulia.
