Obituary

Funeral services for Kevin Lee George, 23, of Lubbock, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday in Lemons Memorial Chapel with Virgil Lowery, a Jehovah?s Witness elder, officiating. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Lemons Funeral Home. Mr. George died at 4:25 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2002, in Lubbock. He was born Jan. 13, 1979, in Plainview. He grew up in Plainview where he graduated from high school. He moved to Lubbock in 2001 and worked for a janitorial service. He was a Jehovah?s Witness. Survivors include his parents, Sharon and James George of Plainview; two brothers and a sister-in-law, Jimmy and Esmeralda George of Plainview and Brian George of Lubbock; his grandparents, Eva Mae and Aubrey George and Thelma Price, all of Plainview; and two nieces, Sara George and Marissa George of Plainview.
