Obituary

Joe Garcia, 55, of Plainview passed away on Saturday, March 28, 2015, in Lubbock. He was born Feb. 29, 1960, in Plainview to Pablo and Alejandra (Moreno) Garcia. He is survived by his wife, Norma Garcia; one son, Joe Garcia; two daughters, Pearl Garcia and Vanessa Garcia; grandchildren, Alex Ross, Eyanha Garcia, Zameer Castaneda, Devlyn Chance, Markavin Jones, Mackenzie Elvir and Gavin Garcia; brothers, Juan Garcia, Segundo Garcia and Pedro Almendarez. He is preceded in death by one daughter, Vivian Garcia Castaneda, a granddaughter, Charlie; and both parents. An open visitation and viewing will be held from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 2, 2015, at Bartley Funeral Home. Cremation is under the arrangements of Bartley Funeral Home of Plainview.
