Obituary

Thomas Earl Gammage was born on Aug. 30, 1923 in Memphis, Texas. He passed from this life into a new life in heaven on Aug. 11, 2015. He was a World War II veteran from 1942-1945. Tom was preceded in death by his parents William and Attice Gammage; four brothers and two sisters. He is survived by his wife, Laura, of 70 years; three sons, Tommy, Gary and Terry Gammage, all of Texas; three brothers, David, Byron and James; and two sisters, Kathryn Sistrunk and Ruth Kirk; eleven grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren. A graveside service is scheduled for 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Plainview Memorial Park in Plainview, Texas. Online condolences may be offered at www.ellisfunerals.com.
