Obituary

Funeral services for Blake Allen Gable, 25, of Lubbock, formerly of Plainview, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bartley Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Gail Faries officiating. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. Mr. Gable died Wednesday, April 28, 2010, at his residence. He was born July 3, 1984, in Muleshoe to Marilyn Young and Warren Gable. He lived in Plainview most of his life until moving to Lubbock in 2008. He was a member of Garland Street Church of Christ in Plainview and had been attending Trinity Church in Lubbock. Survivors include his wife, Natalie, of Lubbock; two daughters, Lexi Rodriguez of Lubbock and Kyda Avila Gable of Plainview; one son, Ryan Rodriguez of Lubbock; his mother and stepfather, Marilyn and James Young of Plainview; his father and stepmother, Warren K. and Becky Gable of Muleshoe; and a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.
