Denise Wright Formby Funeral services for Denise Wright Formby, 51, of Plainview, will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with the Rev. Dennis Hartley officiating. Burial will follow in Houchin Family Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mrs. Formby died July 15, 2012, in Plainview. She was born Sept. 27, 1960, to Charles and Betty Wright in Plainview. She grew up and attended schools in Plainview. She married David Formby on April 16, 2011. She attended Dare to Believe Ministries. She was a homemaker. Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Tonya Gayle Taylor of Plainview and Terri Dawn Broadus of New Deal; one stepdaughter, Mandy Wilkenson of Hale Center; six siblings, Toni Taylor of Kilgore, Shelly Dunn of San Leon, Carmen Darnell of Wilson, Okla., Brett Wright of Valley Head, Ala., Shane Wright of Valley Head, Ala., and Dena Wright of Birmingham, Ala.; and seven grandchildren.
