Obituary

Memorial services for Floyd Bert Ehresman, 77, will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Lemons Memorial Chapel with J Henderson, minister of 11th and Amarillo Street Church of Christ, officiating. Arrangements are by Lemons Funeral Home. Mr. Ehresman died Thursday, March 3, 2005, in Covenant Hospital. He was born Sept. 6, 1927, near Kress, the son of Bert and Fay Stambaugh Ehresman. He graduated from Plainview High School in 1946 and worked at the Plainview Sale Ring with his father and uncles and later at Ehresman Bros. Packing Company. He worked at Commercial Refrigeration in Lubbock, then for Barley's Refrigeration in Plainview. He married Billie Ross in 1948 in Plainview. Survivors include his wife; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Daniel Ehresman of Plainview and Roy and Bianca Ehresman of Uvalde; two daughters and sons-in-law, Anita and David Wright of Maxwell, N.M., and Mitzi and Tom Webb of The Colony; and five grandchildren. A daughter, Ramona, is deceased. The family suggests memorials to a favorite charity
