Davitte, Young, Mrs. (Jean Bandy)

Memorial services for Jean Davitte, 83, will be at 3 p.m. Thursday in St. Mark?s Episcopal Church with the Rev. Bruce Green, rector, officiating.

Cremation arrangements are by Brtley-Silva Funeral Home.

Mrs. Davitte died Monday, Dec. 16, 2002, in Prairie House Living Center.

She was born Dec. 25, 1919, in Fort Worth. She moved to Plainview in 1957 from Brownwood.

She was a longtime member of St. Mark?s Episcopal Church, a homemaker and was active with Meals on Wheels.

On March 10, 1946, she married Young Davitte in Fort Worth.

Survivors include her husband; two daughters, Dale Davitte of Arlington and Jeanie Davitte of Plainview.

A son, Young Davitte III, is deceased.
