Obituary

Military graveside services for Noah Davis, 85, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Parklawn Memorial Gardens with Gerald Bedwell, Northwest Church of Christ elder, officiating. Arrangements are by Bartley Funeral Home. Mr. Davis died Nov. 1, 2007, at Vista Care Hospice at Carillon House of Lubbock. He was born Jan. 16, 1922, in Mangum, Okla., to Bradley and Pearl Davis. He married Nelba Brannum in 1942 in Lubbock. She died Nov. 12, 2004. He was a World War II veteran with five Purple Hearts. Survivors include several nieces and nephews. His wife; his parents; one brother, Nolan Davis; and two sisters, Madine Bell and Pearline Robertson are deceased. Online condolences can be made at [email protected]
