Daily, J.V., Mrs., (Letha Whatley)

Hurst-- Graveside services for Letha Daily, 82, will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Plainview Memorial Park with the Rev. Joe Hernandez, pastor of Primera Iglesia Bautista, officiating.

Local arrangements are by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Daily died Monday, Sept. 29, 2003, in a Hurst hospital.

A former Plainview resident, she was married to J.V. Daily. He died Jan 7, 1985.

She retired as assistant manger of the TCJC Bookstore and was a member of North Richland HIlls Baptist Church.

Survivors include three sons and two daughters-in-law, Bruce and Colleen Daily of Amarillo, Jerry Lee Daily of Arizona and Ron and Karen Daily of Santo; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Kenneth and Lavella Whatley of Vega and Vernon and Virginia Whatley of Crowell; two sisters-in-law, Flodell Whatley of Dalhart and Nora Whatley of Oklahoma; five grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Two brothers, Floyd Whatley and Anderson Whatley, are deceased.

Visitation will be today at Lemons Funeral Home. Visitation in Hurst was at Lucas Funeral Home.
