Cook, Mack

Memorial services for Mack Cook, 75, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Colonial Baptist Church with Chad Cook, a grandson, and the Rev. Robert Malcom, officiating.

Arrangements are by Bartley Funeral Home.

His body has been donated to University Medical Center Health Science Center in Lubbock.

Mr. Cook died Saturday, Dec. 6, 2003, in Covenant Hospital Plainview.

He was born Nov. 26, 1918. He worked for Pioneer Drilling Company.

Mr. Cook was a member of Calvary Baptist Church.

On April 27, 1945, he married Anna Burton. She died in 1996.

Survivors include two sons, David Cook of Austin and James Cook of Baytown; a daugther, Karen Jean Nabb of Plainview; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to the Health Science Center in Lubbock.
