Obituary

Graveside services for Doris Jean Cook, 77, of Hillsboro, formerly of Plainview, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Plainview Cemetery. The body was cremated. Mrs. Cook died Monday, June 15, 2009. Arrangements were by Marshall and Marshall Funeral Home of Hillsboro. She was born June 7, 1932, and lived in Plainview for 47 years. She was a seamstress and a homemaker. Survivors include her children, Johnny B. Littlejohn of Colorado, William Lee Shockley of San Antonio, Brian Wayne Cook of Plainview and Toya Jean Presley of Hillsboro; sisters, Ruby Nichols of Plainview, Frances Walls of Fort Worth and Opal Conn of Drain, Ore.; five grandchildren, Kami Jean Jennings, John Paul Presley, Thomas Ed Presley, Bran Littlejohn, Colt Littlejohn and Logan Littlejohn; and three great-grandchildren, Haygon Taylor Jennings, Emma Presley and Lane Riley Pace.
