Funeral services for Frances Renee Collins, 42, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Russell Wise, pastor of Emmanuel Church of God in Christ, officiating, assisted by minister Edward Waters of the Church of God in Christ in Fort Worth. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Bartley Funeral Home. A wake will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home. Mrs. Collins died Saturday, Jan. 14, 2006, in University Medical Center in Lubbock. She was born May 12, 1963, in Tulia to Roy and Maebelle Barrow. She grew up in Tulia, moved to Plainview in 1980 and married T.C. Collins the same year. She graduated from Plainview High School in 1982. She loved to write music and sing. She was very caring toward other people. She was a member of Emmanuel Church of God in Christ. Survivors include her husband; three sons, Antwan Collins of Dallas, Cody Collins of Abilene and Brett Collins of Plainview; one daughter, Zethia Collins of Lubbock; seven brothers, Jerry Barrow of Corsicana, Fred Lee Barrow of Long Beach, Calif., James Barrow and wife Tamara of Abilene, and Eddie Dean Barrow, Sammie Lee Barrow, Gerald Barrow and wife Mary, and Adolphus Barrow, all of Tulia; six sisters, Anita Barrow, Joyclyn Waters and husband Edward, all of Fort Worth, Bessie Ervin and husband R.C. of Tulia, Sharon Menson, Sandra Kay Henderson and husband James, all of Amarillo, and Connie Willis and husband Frankie of Arizona; her mother, Maebelle Barrow of Fort Worth; and a host of nieces and nephews. Her father, two brothers and one sister are deceased
