Funeral services for Lillian Smith Collins, 77, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in College Heights Baptist church with the Rev. Don Robertson, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery by Wood-dunning Funeral Home.
Mrs. Collins died at 2:55 p.m. Thursday, March 29, 2001, in Covenant Hospital Plainview.
She was born July 9, 1923 in Childress. She grew up in Abernathy and graduated from high school there. She had been a resident of Hale County all her life and had worked at Hale County Bank for 24 year. She attended College Heights Baptist Church.
Surviving are daughters and sons-in-law, and Steve Otis of McAlester, Okla. And Virginia and John Owens of Lincoln, Neb.; her companion and best friend, Rod Hinrichs of Plainview; two brothers, Doyle Smith and Skeet Smith, both of Kerrville; a sister, Missy Williamson of Abilene; five grandchildren and four great- grandchildrn.
The family suggests memorials to the American Heart Association.
Visitation with family and friends will be at Wood-Dunning Funeral Home from 5-7p.m. Monday.
