Obituary

Funeral services for Scott Clark, 77, of Hampton, Va., were at 2 p.m. today in Wood-Dunning Colonial Chapel with Jimmy Holmes of Garland Street Church of Christ and Tim Lane of 11th and Amarillo Church of Christ officiating. Burial was in Plainview Memorial Park by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home. Mr. Clark died Thursday, June 22, 2006. He was born Aug. 5, 1928, in Turkey to Paul Texas and Lucy Carol Clark. He married Alma Sue Walker on June 1, 1951 in Clovis, N.M. They moved to Plainview in 1972. He was a pharmacist for Wal-Mart and a member of Garland Street Church of Christ and the Senior Citizens Center. Survivors include two daughters, Sue Martin of Vancouver, Wash., and Emily Dale Johnson of Hampton, Va.; and three grandchildren. His parents; wife; and one son, Joe Scott Clark, are deceased.
