Obituary

Graveside services for Margaret Chapman, 95, were at 2 p.m. today in Plainview Memorial Park with Dr. Travis Hart, pastor of First Baptist Church, officiating. Arrangements were by Lemons Funeral Home. Mrs. Chapman died Sunday Nov. 27, 2005, in a local nursing home. She was born Nov. 14, 1910, to Thomas Benjamin Nicholas and Maggie May Hendrix Nicholas. She married W.D. Chapman and worked as a waitress, and later they together owned and operated their own restaurant. Survivors include her sister.
