Cavazos, Jose G., Mrs. ( Clara Henderson)

Funeral services for Clara H. Cavazos, 79, will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday in Lemons Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Charles Thompson, pastor of United Pentecostal Church in Tulia, officiating.

Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Cavazos died at 10 p.m. Friday, Dec. 29, 2000 at her residence.

She was born Aug. 11, 1921, in McAllen.

In 1947, she married Joe G. Cavazos. He died in 1998.

She and her husband owned and operated the Texas Caf? in Plainview from 1962 to 1985.

Survivors include two daughters, Delia D. Gonzales and Florestela G. Farias, both of Plainview; two sons, Joe Hernandez and Jesus Hernandez, both of Plainview; two sisters, Teresa R. Arriaga of Brownsville and Ramona H. Soto of Dallas; eight grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

A brother, Manuel Ramos. Is deceased.
