Funeral services for Luis Manuel "Pei-Wee" Carrasco Sr., 40, of Plainview will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 10, 2012, at Bartley Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A prayer service will be held at 6 p.m. today at the funeral home. He died Thursday, Dec. 6, 2012, in Plainview. He was born on Aug. 20, 1972, in Abernathy. He was a big-hearted person who loved his family and was a big time joker. He loved boxing and football and he lived life the best way he could. He is survived by his parents, Juan Manuel Carrasco Sr., Nelda Carrasco, Janie Carrasco and Gina Hernandez; sons Luis Manuel Carrasco, Jr. of Crystal City, Isiah Carrasco of Plainview and Manuel Anthony Carrasco of Olton; daughters Dominique Carrasco and husband Jorge Barrios of Crystal City and Samantha Carrasco of Olton; brothers Joe Anthony Carrasco of Kermit, David Molina of Lubbock, Aaron and Juan Manuel Carrasco, Jr., both of Plain?view, Daniel Barrios of Olton, Michael Hernandez of Arlington and Miguel Angel Hernandez of Irving; sisters Michelle Gonzales of Plainview, Naomi Carrasco of Hereford, Racheal and Brenda Hernandez, both of Irving, Yvonne and Stephanie Barrios, both of Olton; grandson Jorge L. Barrios; one grandchild on the way; and numerous nieces and nephews He was preceded in death by his daughter, Monique La'Shae' Carrasco, and his grandparents He will always be loved and in our hearts, but never forgotten.
