Butcher, Carman Waynette

Memorial services for Carman Waynette Butcher, 41, will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Lemons Memorial Chapel with John Truett officiating.

Arrangements are by Lemons Funeral Home.

Miss Butcher died at 7:20 a.m. Monday, Jan. 27, 2003.

She was born Sept. 8, 1961. In Tulia.

Survivors include a daughter, Amber Leigh Hulcy of Tyler; a son, Tanner Wade Hulcy of Tyler; her parents, James H. and Betty Butcher of Plainview; two brothers, James R. Butcher of Lubbock and Steve Butcher of Plainview; and her grandmother, Louise Yandell of Plainview.
