Bradshaw, Jerry L., Mrs. (Gwendolyn Fay Warren)

Funeral services for Gwendolyn Fay Bradshaw, 53, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. F. Neil Unwin, pastor, officiating.

Cremation arrangements are by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Bradshaw died Monday, Nov. 6, 2000, at her home.

She was born April 10, 1947, in Red River County. She attended Lockney schools and moved to Plainview in 1965. She was owner/operator of Burger Wagon from 1988-1999.

On May 28, 1965, she married Jerry L. Bradshaw in Cedar Hill.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Sheila Pitts of Plainview; two sons, Kevin Bradshaw of Plainview and Michael Bradshaw of Joshua; two brothers, Russ Warren of Plainview and Raymond Warren Jr.; a sister, Norma Kerns of Lubbock; and three grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society.
