Bogard, Walter

Graveside services for Walter Bogard, 86, will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Plainview Memorial Park with Colquitt Nash, minister of Ninth and Columbia Church of Christ, officiating.

Burial arrangements are by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mr. Bogard died at 8:55p.m., Monday, Dec. 23, 2002, in San Antonio.

He was born Sept. 8, 1916, in Vernon. He grew up in Plainview and graduated from Plainview High School. He served with the U.S. Air Force and was a retired major.

He was a member of the Church of Christ.

Survivors include a nephew, Wade Zuber of Raton, N.M.
