Bernal, Saul

Funeral services for Saul Bernal, 41, will be 11 a.m. Monday in Lemons Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Sergio Bernal, pastor of the Church of God of the First Born in Hale Center, officiating, assisted by the Rev. Frank Bernal, a retired minister.

Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mr. Bernal died at 7:25 a.m. Friday, March 10, 2000, in a two-vehicle wreck in Plainview.

He was born Nov. 12, 1958, in Weslaco, and attended and graduated from Plainview schools.

He was a member of the Sacred Heart Catholic Church.

He and his wife, Christina, were married Jan. 19, 1985, in Plainview.

A sister, Sonya Bernal, is deceased.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Isaac and Eraclio Bernal, both of Plainview; two brothers, the Rev. Sergio Bernal of Hale Center and Sammy Bernal of Plainview; one sister, Sylvia Davila of San Angelo; and his father, the Rev. Frank Bernal of Plainview.
