Bell, William Burke, Mrs. (Bettie Ruth Cheatheam)

Graveside memorial services for Bettie Ruth Cheatheam Bell, 70, of San Antonio, former Plainview resident, will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Plainview Cemetery.

Cremation arrangements and interment are by Porter Loring Mortuary of San Antonio.

Mrs. Bell died Tuesday, June 19, 2001 in San Antonio.

She was born in Childress and had lived in Plainview prior to moving to San Antonio.

Survivors include her husband, William Burke Bell of San Antonio; a daughter, Dana Bell of San Antonio; her mother, Francis Cheatheam of Amarillo; several brothers and sisters, and two grandchildren, Katherine and Sharon, both of California.

A son, Robert Brian Bell, is deceased.

The family suggests memorials to the American Cancer Society of a donation of a fan to the CPS Project.
