Obituary

Funeral services for Dominique Carrasco, 23, of Crystal City, formerly of Plainview, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 3, 2014, at Bartley Memorial Chapel with Joe Carrasco officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Dominique died Wednesday, Nov. 26, 2014. She was born on Aug. 12, 1991, in Plainview to Luis Manuel Carrasco and Anna Lidia Leyva. She is survived by her husband, Jorge Luis Barrios Sr. of Crystal City, Texas; two sons, Jorge Luis Barrios Jr. and Landon Rey Barrios, both of Crystal City; her mother Anna Lidia McNeil of Crystal City, Texas; five brothers, Luis Manuel Carrasco Jr. of San Antonio, Isiah Nathaniel Carrasco, Austin Sepeda, Ashton Sepeda, all of Crystal City, and Manuel Anthony of Olton; two sisters, Alice Naveah McNeil of Crystal City and Samantha Ortiz of Rio Grande; maternal grandparents, Yolanda Hernandez of Plainview and Reymundo Leyva Sr. of Crystal City; paternal grandparents, Juan Manuel and Janie Carrasco of Olton, and Gina Garza of Dallas and Nelda Carrasco of Plainview; two uncles, Mario Leyva of Plainview and Reymundo Leyva Jr. of Abilene; two aunts, Rosalinda and Mark Solis of Abilene and Maryann Garza of Plainview. She is preceded in death by her father Luis Manuel "Pei-Wee" Carrasco and one sister Monique La'Shae Carrasco.
