Dollie Faye "Pink Mama" Barker, 73, died Friday, June 21, 2013, in Pampa. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, June 24, 2013, at Calvary Baptist Church with Rick Pearson,officiating. Graveside services will be at 4 p.m. Monday at Plainview Memorial Park in Plainview. Arrangements are by Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors in Pampa. Ms. Barker was born Sept. 24, 1939, in Plainview where she was raised and attended Plainview schools. She had been a resident of Pampa for the past eight years. She was a homemaker. Survivors include four daughters, Joy Dow and husband Charlie of Plainview, Emma Lou Keech and husband Butch, Caroline Barker, and Charlotte Barker, all of Pampa; two sons, Ricky Waldrip of Moore, Okla., and Billy Barker and wife Mary Ann of Pampa; two sisters, Darlene David of Pampa and Bertie Nunn and husband Cecil of Skellytown; two brothers, Charlie Watkins and wife Lee of Fayetteville, Ark., and Dale Watkins and wife Shirley of Mountainburg, Ark.; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
