Funeral services for Erminio Townes Arroyos Sr., 67, of Plainview will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Rey Cazeras officiating. Burial will follow at Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A rosary will be held at 7 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mr. Arroyos died Monday, July 16, 2012, in Lubbock. He was born on April 25, 1945, in Brackettville to Jose and Julia Arroyos. He was raised in Olton and was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Plainview. Survivors include his wife, Delia; sons Erminio Arroyos Jr. of Beeville, Lee Roy Arroyos of Plainview, and Ismael G. Arroyos and wife Linda of Virginia Beach, Va.; daughters Rachel Cardenas of Beeville, Raina Arroyos of Plainview, Belinda Trevizo and husband Ricky of Plainview, Pauline Gonzales and husband Chris of Hereford, and Brandy Arroyos of Plainview; brothers Gerardo Arroyos and wife Josie of Plainview and Johnny (Juan) Arroyos and wife Elvia of Woodrow; sisters Rafaela Garcia and husband Ruben of Lubbock, Mary Carrasco and husband Rosendo of Olton and Josie Ramirez and husband Al of Orlando, Fla.; 10 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
