Funeral services for Jack Andrew, 88, will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in First Baptist Church Chapel with Dr. Travis Hart, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mr. Andrews died at 7:57 a.m. Monday, April 21, 2003, in Covenant Hospital Plainview.

He was born July 19, 1914, in Franklin. He grew up in McCulloch County where he attended schools and farmed until 1950. He moved to the Edmonson area and farmed for 21 years. He had lived in the Plainview and Edmonson areas for 47 years.

He was a member of First Baptist Church and the Men?s Bible Class.

On Jan. 21, 1934, he married Nettie Hodges in Coleman.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter and son-in-law, Sylvia and Clarence Clark of Lubbock; two sons and daughters-in-law, Jerry and Beth Andrews of Lubbock and Dale and Ruby Andrews of Brownfield; a brother, Robert Andrews of Harriman, Tenn.; a sister, Faye Pitts of Kerrville; nine grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren.
