Alarcon, Maria Jose

Graveside services for Maria Jose Alarcon, stillborn daughter of Juan Alarcon and Marie Hill of Plainview, were at 2 p.m. today in Plainview Cemetery with the Rev. Gerard Kenney, pastor of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, officiating.

Burial arrangements were by Bartley-Silva Funeral Home.

Rosary was recited at 7 p.m. Wednesday in Bartley-Silva Memorial Chapel.

The child was born and died Tuesday, Feb. 11, 2003, in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

Survivors include her parents; her grandparents, Louie Barrientos and Paula Barrientos of Plainview, Manuel and Micaela Alarcon of Plainview and a step grandfather, Hector Hill of Odessa.
