Adams, Willie Worth, Mrs. (Molly)

ABERNATHY ? Graveside services for Molly Adams, 91, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Abernathy Cemetery with the Rev. Ken Horn, chaplain of VistaCare Family Hospice, officiating.

Burial arrangements are by Abell Funeral Home.

Mrs. Adams died Tuesday, Aug. 29, 2000, in Bender Terrace Nursing Home in Lubbock.

She was born Dec. 7, 1908, in Red Springs. She moved to the Lakeview Community in 1938 and to Abernathy in 1966. She worked for the Abernathy Independent School District until 1978. She was a member of the Church of Christ.

She married Worth W. Adams in 1928 in Marlo, Okla. He died in 1965.

Survivors include three sons, J.D. Adams of Petersburg, Thomas E. Adams of Austin and William R. Adams of Lubbock; a daughter, Edith Adams of Lubbock; two grandsons; two great-grandson; and three great-granddaughters.
