"H.A. Absher Died Near Hale Center Sunday Morning"
H.A. Absher, 83, died at the home of his son, A.H. Absher, near Hale Center at eight o?clock Sunday morning. He was a retired farmer and had lived with his son for the past several years. He had been in poor health for some time.
Mr. Absher was a member of the Church of Christ and Thornton Crews pastor of the Plainview Church of Christ conducted the funeral Monday afternoon at four o?clock. Interment was made in the Hale Center Cemetery under the directio of Garner Bros. of this city. (December 2, 1926)
