Obituary

Angie Lee Goss, 92, returned to her heavenly home on December 11th, 2020 after a long and beautiful life. If you were blessed enough to be part of Angie’s life, you also know that she was faithful, strong, honest and loved with an open heart.

Angie was born to the late Johnny Gee Sr. & Lula R. Crockett Gee in Caldwell, TX on August 20th, 1928. She was happily immersed in her family and Christian community that would be her lifelong support from an early age. With only a seventh-grade education, Angie raise her nine children with patience, discipline and humility. From day one, she dedicated her children to God and encouraged them to explore the beauty of the gospel and the gift of life itself, and to appreciate the importance of living through honesty and loving truth.

She is also survived by her children Queen Ester Braxton of Plainview, TX, Mary Brooks of Amarillo, TX, Burnice Wright of Arlington, TX, Henry Goss of Plainview, TX and Frank Goss of San Antonio, TX. Angie is also survived by 14 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
