Jerry Alan Cox, 69, of Plainview passed away on June 30, 2022 in Plainview. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at Kornerstone Funeral Directors.

A visitation will be held at 2:00 P.M.- 4:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 3, 2022 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors.

Jerry was born on May 1, 1953 to Douglas and Wanda Cox in Plainview, Texas. He married Gail (Ware) Cox on April 21, 1972 in Plainview, Texas.

Jerry is preceded in death by his parents; Douglas and Wanda Cox.

Jerry is survived by his wife, Gail (Ware) Cox of Plainview, Texas; two daughters, Misty Rager and husband George of Azle, Texas, Mandy Beasley and husband Ruben of Amarillo, Texas; one brother, Galon Cox and wife Cindy of Weatherford, Texas; two sisters, Cheryl Bass and husband Jon of Quatterway, Texas, Vickie Glenn and husband Mike of Lubbock, Texas; seven grandchildren, Tyler Beasley and wife Kayla, Tanner Beasley, Madison Garman and husband Jeffery, Christopher Rager and wife Taylor, Matthew Rager and wife Camryn, Bryan Rager, Braden Rager and two great grandchildren, Hadleigh Rager and Cooper Rager.
