Obituary

Steven Coulter, 59, of Plainview passed away on Friday September 17, 2021. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors.

Steven was born January 29, 1962 in Levittown, Pennsylvania to William and Mary Coulter.

He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Mary Coulter.

He is survived by his son, Kevin Coulter of Oldsmar, Florida.
