Obituary

`Wayne Robinson, 89, passed away on August 4, 2020 in Plainview, Texas.

He was born October 24, 1930 to Ora Robinson and Ethel Burns Robinson. He had three brothers, Casey, Ray and Steve Robinson which are all deceased. He has one sister, Anita “Jakki” Robinson Raney living in Amarillo, Texas.

Wayne was married for sixty six years and ten months to La Dois Fuller Robinson. They were married in Fresno, California on October 10, 1953.

They have five children, one son, Lon Ray Robinson of Cypress, Texas; four daughters, Linda Robinson Nickel of Plainview, Texas, Sandra Robinson Elliott of Bentonville, Arkansas, Laura Robinson Downes of Kerrville, Texas, Sheri Robinson Hurst of Colorado Springs, Colorado; thirteen grandchildren and thirteen great grandchildren of which he answered to all as “Grandpa”, “Granddad”, “Granddaddy”, “Popa” and “Pop”. He has many nieces and nephews. He had a deep love for all of them and they were all very dear to him.
