Obituary
Carrol Savage, 78, of Plainview, Texas passed away on Thursday, November 28, 2019 in Plainview, Texas. Graveside services will be held 2:00 P.M. Monday, December 2, 2019 at Plainview Memorial Park. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.
A visitation will be held 4:00 – 6:00 P.M. Sunday, December 1, 2019 at Kornerstone.
James Carrol Savage was born June 8, 1941 in Lockney, Texas to James Benjamin and Mildred (Clark) Savage. Mr. Savage grew up in Claytonville and Kress and attended schools in Kress and Plainview. He started working on the farm at a very young age and enjoyed farming his entire life. He was a member of College Heights Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Leona Marie Harris Savage.
He is survived by his daughter, Lisa Libre of Lubbock; his son, Jason Savage and wife Melanie of Tulia; his brother Billy Ray Savage and wife Linda of Plainview; his grandchildren, Tyler and Travis Libre of Lubbock and Nathaniel and Shilo Savage of Tulia.
