Obituary

On Friday December 4th 2020 Juan Salinas a loving husband, father, brother and grandfather has gained his wings at the age of 64.
Juan also known as el xxx was born on September 20th 1956 in Sebastian, Texas. He was born to the late Jesus and Teresa Salinas. He grew up in Lamesa Tx and moved to Plainview, Tx in 1980. He worked as a custodian for 17 years and Rodgers wells service for x years. In the year of 1997 he purchased land where he pursued his Passion in operating his junk yard while cracking open a cold one.
He is survived by his loving wife Rosaelia Salinas, a Daughter Modesta Trevino and his three sons Pedro Salinas, his wife Carmen Salinas, Carlos Salinas, his wife Rosalinda Salinas, Ernest Salinas and his wife Morgan Salinas ,13 grandchildren , 4 great grandchildren and one on the way.
A brother David Salinas and wife Maggie. 3 sisters Delia Salinas, Lillie Aleman, Lupe Rivera and husband Manuel all of Lamesa
He is proceeded in death by his parents and 2 brothers: Jesus Salinas and Jose Salinas, a son Juanito Salinas Jr. ,a nephew Joe Salinas and a son in law LeeRoy Trevino
Juan Salinas will always be remembered as a hard working, loving man.
May you always walk in sunshine,
and God’s around you flow.
For the happiness you gave us,
No one will ever know.
It broke our hearts to lose you,
But you did not go alone.
A part of us went with you
The day God called you home.

A million times we cried.

A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 10, 2020 in Plainview Memorial Park with Father Bill Anton officiating. A Rosary will be recited at 7:00 pm Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.
